New in Rewize: reply to suppliers from the PO, MOQs per style, Exact Online
Last time you could email a purchase order to your supplier. Now you can handle the answer in Rewize too.
Reply to your suppliers straight from the purchase order
Every purchase order you email now has a Supplier emails card with the whole conversation, attachments included. When a supplier answers, the order gets an envelope icon in the purchase orders list. Reply right there with a quick message. Colleagues see the same thread, so nothing lives in one person's mailbox. You can also save your supplier contacts once and pick them when you send.
Minimum order quantities per style or parent product
Some suppliers set a minimum order quantity per style or product instead of per SKU, for example across a mix of sizes. Rewize now supports setting these. We'll propose quantities that meet the minimum and spread the extra units over the sizes you were already ordering. Needs Product View turned on for your store.
Rewize now connects to Exact Online
Purchase orders push into Exact automatically, so your bookkeeping stays up to date. Book a receipt or change the order in Exact and Rewize follows within a few minutes. We also support syncing products, inventory, and sales from Exact, along with supplier item codes and pack sizes. Shoot us a message if you'd like us to set it up for you.

Order in a different unit than the stock unit
A product can now have a supplier order unit that differs from the unit you sell and stock in. Suggestions and purchase orders use the supplier's unit, and batch size keeps its real meaning.
Promotions: buy X get Y, and see which products are in one
The Marketing calendar now takes buy X get Y deals. You can also open a promotion to check its products without going into edit.
