Your operations haven't kept up. Most fast-growing DTC brands reach a point where spreadsheets stop working. 16 tabs, copy-pasted supplier data, version chaos. One missed reorder, one stockout before a peak, and suddenly revenue leaks, cash gets stuck, and the team is firefighting instead of growing. Rewize is the inventory forecasting and planning layer your stack is missing. It connects your channels, learns your demand patterns, and tells you exactly what to buy, when, and from whom, for all your SKUs. Your current situation: - No single view: data lives in spreadsheets and silos. - Reorders and safety stock are guesswork. - Mistakes happen more often and get more costly. With Rewize: - One demand view from channels and sales history. - What to buy, when, and from whom, without guesswork. - A planning layer on your stack, no rip-and-replace. ### The solution Rewize connects your channels, forecasting, and purchasing in one intelligent layer, without replacing your existing stack. ### Plan your inventory with confidence What to buy as a fast-growing D2C brand, when, and how much. For every SKU and every channel, without tying up more cash than you need to. ### See how many days of stock you have left per product, and when to reorder Forecasting per SKU and per channel. Rewize reads your sales history per channel and factors seasonality, growth, lead times, campaigns and even your own intuition into your forecast. > "The forecast is clear and straightforward, it saves me time by giving me exactly what I need without any hassle." — Michelle Huang, Senior Supply Chain Planner at Ekster (Shopify wallet brand) ### Guess high and cash sits in stock nobody orders. Guess low and your bestsellers go dark in your best weeks. Every order has to count. Purchasing advice for every SKU. You go from advice to a finished purchase order in 20 minutes. Rewize calculates how much you need per SKU to cover the gap until your next delivery opportunity, and takes your MOQs, volume discounts and container space into account. > "Giving us an accurate view of our stock and when to place new POs has been game changing!" — Alan Scanlan, Head of Operations at Hoekhome (Home goods brand) ### Every channel and every warehouse in one forecast All your channels and warehouses. Confidently make decisions for every stock location, without depending on how up-to-date your last export is. Your forecast reads your source data in real time. > "Rewize has helped me streamline inventory tracking and planning. Because of this we had grown a lot and it decreased our work load." — Jens Brans, Founder at Button Amsterdam (Fashion brand) ### How much revenue is at stake right now? Control over your inventory. We built Rewize to remove that friction, not to create another tool. > "We were buying on gut feel and paying for it in stockouts and dead stock. I never want to plan a season that way again." — Thijs Roelofs, Co-founder & CEO ### Stop guessing. Start scaling. Book a demo on your store's data, live, in 30 minutes. No long contracts. Fast-growing D2C brands managing more than 50 SKUs across multiple channels and suppliers, selling on Shopify, Amazon, bol, and their own channels. Our customers range from €500K to €80M in annual revenue. They have outgrown spreadsheets and need a smarter way to plan inventory without replacing their entire stack. ### How is Rewize different from other inventory tools? Most tools track inventory. Rewize plans it. We sit on top of your existing systems (ERP, WMS, sales channels) and add an AI-driven forecasting and purchasing layer. Setup takes days, not months, and you don't need to replace anything you already use. ### Who needs Rewize? Any brand that has outgrown spreadsheets. If you're managing multiple suppliers, channels, or warehouses and spending hours each week building reorder reports, Rewize is built for you. Typically our customers have 50+ SKUs, sell on 2+ channels, and have a team where more than one person touches purchasing decisions. ### Is this more accurate than my spreadsheets? Yes. AI forecasting adapts to seasonality, multi-channel complexity, and promotional impact, things spreadsheets can't predict reliably. ### Will implementation take months? Nope. Most brands are fully set up and seeing results in under 7 days. ### I already use an ERP. Do I need to switch? We sit on top of your existing systems and make them smarter, not more complex. ### How do promotions factor into forecasts? Rewize accounts for historical promo data and upcoming campaigns, adjusting forecasts automatically. ### Can I customize forecasts per SKU or supplier? Absolutely. Filter, adjust, and simulate scenarios to meet your unique operational needs. Page: https://rewize.ai/ ## Rey — the AI demand planner Tell Rey what's going on. Rey rebuilds your demand plan. (Now available) The AI demand planner inside Rewize. Tell it what's changing and your plan rebuilds itself across every SKU. - Bulk-edit hundreds of SKUs from one sentence - Override the AI forecast, only where you want - Flows through to stockout dates and ordering ### You used to take the forecast. Now you write the plan. For years, the deal was simple: a forecast appeared, you adopted it. Rey changes that. The forecast still appears, and now you can tell it what's actually going to happen. The black-box forecast (before): - Numbers arrived. You took them or didn't. - Promos and launches lived in your head. - Scenarios meant a duplicate spreadsheet. - When the plan changed, the work started over. Rey, your demand planner (after): - Tell Rey the plan, get an SKU-level forecast in seconds. - Bump hundreds of SKUs with one instruction. - Override the AI forecast only on the SKUs you choose. - Publish, and stockout dates, projections, and ordering follow your plan. ### Three things, in plain English. What Rey does. **Plan in plain English.** (Plain-English planning): Tell Rey what's changing — a promo, a launch, a supplier delay, a Q4 target — and get a new SKU-level plan in seconds. No exports. No Excel. No rebuilds. **A scenario for every what-if.** (Stress-test before you commit): Spin up Best, Average, and Bad versions of your plan. Switch between them to pressure-test the numbers. Publish the one you stand behind. **Publish, and it flows through.** (One source of truth): Your plan feeds straight into stockout dates, stock projections, and purchase orders. Every edit is a checkpoint you can revert, so you always stay in control. ### Real prompts. Real plans. What "plain English" looks like. No syntax to learn. No special commands. Just say what you mean. Pick your industry to see what our users ask. **Fashion** - "Plan our spring/summer drop 25% above last year." → 58 SKUs, Mar to Aug, set 25% over last year's S/S. - "Apply last year's size curve to this season's tops." → Every top reshaped to last year's size split, scaled to your growth target. - "Wind down winter coats after February." → Coat SKUs trail to zero from March, no further buys planned. - "Ramp the new denim line over its first three months." → New line phased across launch and the two months after, saved as a checkpoint. **Cosmetics** - "Plan Q4 gift sets 40% above last year." → Gift-set SKUs, Oct to Dec, set 40% over last year. - "Bump our bestseller shades 15% for spring." → Top shades raised 15% across Mar to May, one checkpoint to revert. - "Discontinue the holiday palette after December." → Palette trails to zero from January, no reorder planned. - "Remember: keep hero SKUs above 90 days of cover." → Saved to memory. Rey keeps hero SKUs at 90+ days cover in every plan. **Supplements & Nutrition** - "Plan 30% subscriber growth across the core range." → Core SKUs, Jan to Dec, set 30% over last year. - "Apply last year's January spike to this year's plan." → Every SKU reshaped to last year's New-Year pattern, scaled to target. - "Ramp the new protein flavor over four months." → New flavor phased across launch and the next three months, checkpointed. - "Remember: round plan quantities to the nearest case of 12." → Saved to memory. Rey rounds to the nearest 12 from now on. **Home & Living** - "Plan the outdoor range 20% up for spring, flat for winter." → Outdoor SKUs +20% Mar to Aug, held flat Sep to Feb. - "Zero out garden furniture from November." → Garden SKUs set to 0 from November, no winter buys planned. - "Apply last year's seasonal curve to the candle range." → Candle SKUs reshaped to last year's monthly pattern, scaled to target. - "Ramp the new dinnerware set over three months." → New set phased across launch and two months after, saved as a checkpoint. ### Rey sits on top of Rewize. It doesn't replace anything. Works with what you have. You don't rip anything out. Rey works on the forecast and stock data you already have, so the plan you write flows straight into the reorders and projections your team works from every day. - Channels: Shopify, Bol.com, Amazon - Rewize forecast: AI baseline - Rey: your plan - Ordering & projections: stockout dates, inventory, ordering ### Frequently asked What Rey can and can't do, in plain English. #### What can Rey do without my approval? Nothing that ships. Rey drafts plans, runs the math, and answers questions. Nothing overrides your AI forecast until you publish it. You stay in control of strategy. #### Can I trust the numbers? Rey doesn't guess at the math. Every number is checked before it touches your plan, and every edit is a checkpoint you can revert. #### Can I override or edit Rey's plan? Always. Edit any line, push back in chat, or revert to an earlier checkpoint. Rey learns from what you change. #### What data does Rey need? The same data Rewize already has: your sales history, channels, SKUs, and lead times. No new integrations, no extra setup. If you're already on Rewize, Rey is on day one. #### Does Rey remember how I plan? Yes. Tell Rey your assumptions, preferences, and formulas once ("assume 15% YoY growth", "round to the nearest 10") and it applies them automatically in every future session. #### Is this autonomous? Rey works for you, not on autopilot: you set the strategy, Rey handles the execution across SKUs. We're building toward more autonomy over time, but today you stay in control. #### How is this different from a chatbot bolted onto a forecasting tool? Rey's plans flow through. When you publish, your plan overrides the AI forecast per SKU and stockout dates, inventory projections, and ordering all read from it. It's a planning tool you can talk to, not a chat window next to one. #### Can I make different versions of a plan? Yes. Build scenarios like Best, Average, and Bad, rename and tweak each however you want, and publish the one you commit to. You work one scenario at a time today; comparing them side by side is on the roadmap. #### What's coming next? Side-by-side scenario comparison, promotion and cannibalization effects, and forecast explainability are on the roadmap. Today Rey focuses on building, overriding, and publishing your plan. #### Does Rey cost extra? No. Rey is included with every Rewize plan, no add-on. ### Stop taking the forecast. Start writing the plan. Book a 30-minute walkthrough. We'll plan one of your real Q-ahead pushes with Rey, on your data, live. Included in every Rewize plan. Live for every customer today. Pay based on the size of your operation and get everything you need to run smarter purchasing from day one. | Annual revenue | Monthly | Monthly (annual billing) | |---|---|---| | €0 to €500K | €149 | €119 | | €500K to €1M | €299 | €239 | | €1M to €2.5M | €449 | €359 | | €2.5M to €5M | €599 | €479 | | €5M to €10M | €899 | €719 | | €10M to €15M | €1,199 | €959 | | €15M to €20M | €1,499 | €1,199 | | €20M+ | Talk to us | Talk to us | Annual billing saves 20%. The Material Planning (BOM) add-on costs +30% on top of the plan price. Always included: - AI-powered demand forecasting - Automated purchase order generation - Multi-channel inventory sync - Supplier lead time management - Integrations with your current stack (Shopify, WooCommerce, Picqer, and more) - Onboarding & implementation support - Dedicated customer success Material Planning Add-on: - Bill of Material management - Component-level forecasting - Component purchasing suggestions - Production order suggestions ### Estimated yearly return at this size A deliberately conservative estimate: fewer stockouts on your bestsellers, less margin given away to markdowns, and most of your manual planning time back. ### What are you actually paying for? A simple side-by-side: spreadsheets and gut feel versus Rewize. - Demand forecasting: Manual, error-prone (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. AI-driven, adapts to your demand patterns (Rewize) - Purchase orders: Hours of work every week (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. Automated in one click (Rewize) - Stockout risk: Constant fire-fighting (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. Proactively flagged before it happens (Rewize) - Overstock cost: Tied-up cash and markdown losses (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. Minimized through smarter buying (Rewize) - Scalability: Breaks above 200 SKUs (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. Built for scale from day one (Rewize) - Team knowledge: One person holds everything (Manual (spreadsheets + gut feel)) vs. The whole team can plan and act (Rewize) ### Pricing questions How tiers, onboarding, and billing work at Rewize. #### How is pricing determined? Pricing is based on your annual eCommerce revenue, not the number of users or SKUs. As your business grows, you move to the next tier. #### What's included in onboarding? Every plan includes a guided onboarding and implementation. We connect your data sources, validate your forecasting setup, and make sure you're getting accurate recommendations from day one. #### How does the BOM add-on work? The Bill of Materials add-on is available for brands that manufacture or assemble products. It adds component-level forecasting and production run planning on top of your core plan. Pricing is your core tier price plus 30%. #### What integrations do you support? We integrate natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Bol.com, and specific WMS. Custom integrations are available on demand for enterprise customers. #### Is there a contract? Monthly plans are flexible; no long-term commitment required. Annual plans come with a 20% discount and are billed upfront. #### What if my revenue grows into the next tier? We'll reach out proactively and upgrade your plan together. No surprises. #### Can I see Rewize on my own data first? Yes. We run a guided demo on your own catalogue and channels, so you see what Rewize would recommend for your SKUs before you decide anything. Free to use. No app install. Scan takes 10 to 40 seconds. Estimated annual cost of poor inventory planning, across stockouts, markdowns and planning time. It is estimated from: 1. Out-of-stock time 2. Discounts 3. Gross margin 4. Manual planning time What Rewize recovers against that cost: - Stockout losses recovered (35%) - Markdown giveaway avoided (25%) - Manual planning time Page: https://rewize.ai/roi-calculator ## Case studies ### PurelyGoods (Sleep & wellness, NL) > "We have 11 suppliers, all in China, with 70 to 90 day lead times. When you're growing every month, you can't afford to get the numbers wrong." — Jelle, Founder PurelyGoods sells sleep and breathing wellness products like sleep masks, mouth tape, neck pillows and nasal strips, across Bol.com, ANWB and their own Shopify store. Jelle runs the brand with his brother Floris from the Netherlands, sourcing from 11 suppliers across China. Operator: Jelle Boeije, Founder. Channels: Shopify, Bol.com, ANWB. Jelle built his own forecasting spreadsheet for 11 Chinese suppliers. The logic was sound, feeding it 200+ hours a year wasn't. Category: Health. At Month 5: +190% YoY growth, €308K Revenue, 6% Stockout rate, ~6 wks Payback. Themes: Multi-channel, Asia supply chain, Long lead times. > "11 suppliers in China, 70-day lead times. You can't afford to get the numbers wrong." - +190% — YoY revenue growth - €308K — revenue in 5 months - 6% — top-SKU stockout rate - ~6 wks — subscription payback The challenge: Jelle built his own forecasting spreadsheet, with parameters for average daily sales, lead times and stock levels across all 11 suppliers. The logic was sound. Feeding it wasn't. Every week he'd manually recalculate order quantities, cross-reference 11 supplier pipelines, and estimate what was in transit from China. Roughly ten minutes per SKU per week. Across 25 active SKUs, that's over four hours a week (more than 200 hours a year), just keeping the model current. And stock doesn't sit in one place. It moves from Chinese manufacturers to home storage in the Netherlands, then out in 28-day batches to Bol.com's warehouse. Every layer is another thing to track. > "When a forecast is wrong at PurelyGoods, the correction doesn't arrive in a week. It arrives 90 days later." The turning point: The supply chain kept getting more complex, and the spreadsheet kept getting harder to trust. With 70 to 90 day lead times, a missed reorder signal doesn't cost you a week of stock. It costs you a full quarter of availability. Jelle needed the logic he'd built, without the weekly tax of feeding it. The solution: PurelyGoods went live on Rewize in September 2025. We kept Jelle's forecasting logic intact and removed the manual work around it: automated demand forecasts, reorder suggestions, and a dashboard that reflects the actual state of the business instead of a snapshot from last Sunday. - Automated demand forecasts replacing weekly manual recalculation - Reorder suggestions across all 11 suppliers in one view - Multi-channel planning across Bol.com, ANWB and Shopify - Stock visibility across home storage and 28-day Bol.com batches - Preserved Jelle's forecasting model, just stopped the hand-feeding - 25 — purchase orders - ~6 weeks — payback The results: PurelyGoods is tracking toward a €550,000 annual run rate, with monthly revenue between €43K and €63K across Bol.com, ANWB and Shopify. Inventory sits at 149 days of median cover, healthy for a 90-day supply chain, with no overstock. - €308,379 — revenue in 5 months (on Rewize) - +190% — YoY growth (vs same period prior year) - 149 days — median cover (appropriate for 90-day supply chain) - 6% — top-SKU stockouts (PurelyGoods Neck Pillow) > "I built the model because I had to. I didn't want to spend another year feeding it every Sunday." — Jelle, Founder: purelyGoods Page: https://rewize.ai/case-studies/purelygoods ### AJ Sports (Fitness equipment, NL) > "I manage the A-products myself, but I largely trust Rewize with the B and C products, and I hardly add those manually anymore." — Joeri Arts, co-founder of AJ Sports AJ Sports is a Dutch fitness-equipment brand that started on a marketplace about six years ago and grew into a fast-moving multichannel business. Joeri Arts and his co-founder sell across their own webshop plus several major marketplaces and retailers, mostly direct-to-consumer, across a catalogue of a few hundred products and growing. Operator: Joeri Arts, Co-founder. Channels: Own webshop, Bol.com, Marketplaces, Retailers. Joeri ran every reorder himself in Excel, best-seller to worst. The top sellers got attention; everything below depended on how far down the list he had time to go. Category: Fitness equipment. At Month 6: 91% In-stock rate, €150K+ Sales recaptured, −40% Dead stock, +85% Volume YoY. Themes: DTC, Marketplaces, Fast-growing catalogue. > "Slow movers are easy to forget. Out of stock for months, that adds up to real lost revenue." - 91% — in-stock rate, up from 74% - €150K+ — annual sales recaptured - 4 hrs — purchasing time saved / month - −40% — less dead stock The challenge: What started as a hobby became a fast-growing multichannel business. Every new marketplace and every new product made purchasing harder, and Joeri ran the entire reorder process himself in Excel: several tabs across several screens, sorted best-seller to worst. The top sellers got attention. Everything below them depended on how far down the list he had time to go. The real leak was the slow movers: individually small, easy to forget, and quietly out of stock for months at a time. In his own words, the pain came down to three things: products slipping through the cracks, losing the overview, and time. > "Some slower-moving products, zero to ten sales a week, are easy to forget. But if they're out of stock for months, that adds up to quite a bit of lost revenue." The turning point: Joeri had been looking for the right tool for over a year. He ruled out an enterprise system at several thousand euro a month, then trialled a cheaper option that failed on the fundamentals: it forecast on marketplace search volume instead of real sales, and he couldn't see or adjust how it reached its numbers. Rewize won on exactly those points: forecasts built on real sales, a transparent system he could adjust, a clear demo, and a price that fit. The solution: AJ Sports set up on Rewize in Q4 2025 and went live in January 2026. Joeri works in two modes. His A-products, the bestsellers, stay under his own hand: he makes those buying calls himself, with Rewize alongside as visibility and a second opinion that confirms his numbers. The steady sellers and the long tail behind them, his B and C products, are fully managed by Rewize. - A-products stay founder-led, with Rewize as a second pair of eyes on every call - B and C products fully managed by Rewize, reordered automatically - Slow movers surface on time instead of being forgotten for months - Purchasing across own webshop, marketplaces and retailers in one view - Joeri still guides Rewize on new products, seasonality and safety stock The results: The slow movers stay in stock now, worth an estimated €150,000+ a year. The products Joeri used to skip past surface automatically and get reordered on time, and in-stock rate on the range Rewize manages went from 74% to 91%. Dead stock fell from 5.3% to 3.2% of inventory even as the catalogue grew. Rewize did not create AJ's growth, roughly 85% year over year. It protected it, making sure that growth did not leak back out through avoidable stockouts. - 91% — in-stock rate (up from 74% on the managed range) - €150K+ — sales recaptured / year (from slow movers that used to be forgotten) - 4 hrs — saved every month (Joeri's own number) - −40% — less dead stock (from 5.3% to 3.2% of inventory) - +85% — volume growth YoY (growth purchasing kept up with) > "I don't think Rewize drove that growth by itself, that's our own strategic choices. But it helps perfectly with filling the gaps, not overlooking anything, and giving solid advice. Year over year, we're saying 'no' to customers less often, and that's definitely valuable." — Joeri Arts, co-founder of AJ Sports Page: https://rewize.ai/case-studies/aj-sports ### Osira (Jewelry, NL) > "On bol.com and Amazon, availability is ranking. Run out of stock, and the algorithm makes your listing invisible." — Osira, marketplace jewelry brand Osira is a jewelry and accessories brand that sells entirely on marketplaces: bol.com (Fulfilled by Bol) and Amazon (FBA in the EU and UK). Its catalogue runs to hundreds of small, fast-moving SKUs, fed from its own warehouse and supplier stock, with a big gifting peak in November and December. Operator: Osira, Marketplace jewelry brand. Channels: bol.com (FBB), Amazon FBA EU, Amazon FBA UK. Hundreds of small, fast-moving jewelry SKUs across Fulfilled-by-Bol and three Amazon FBA warehouses. On any given day, 1 in 4 products was out of stock. Category: Jewelry. At Month 8: 98% Bestseller in-stock, −95% Lost revenue on heroes, −50% Catalogue stockouts, +2 New markets. Themes: Marketplace only, bol.com & Amazon, FBA multi-region. > "On marketplaces you don't own your shelf. Run out, and the algorithm gives your spot to someone else." - 98% — bestseller in-stock, held 6 months - ~2% — bestseller stockout days, was 23% - half — the catalogue out-of-stock days - +2 — new Amazon markets The challenge: A marketplace seller doesn't own its shelf. On bol.com and Amazon, the algorithm decides who gets seen, and it punishes sellers who run out. A stockout doesn't just lose today's sale: the listing loses rank, the buy box goes elsewhere, and that ranking has to be earned back after restocking. For a catalogue of hundreds of small, fast-moving jewelry SKUs spread across Fulfilled-by-Bol and three Amazon FBA warehouses, keeping every listing continuously stocked by hand is a losing game. That was the starting point in January: on any given day, roughly 1 in 4 products was out of stock, including more than 1 in 5 of the bestsellers that drive 80% of revenue. > "On marketplaces, out of stock doesn't just cost a sale. It costs your ranking, and you have to earn it back." The turning point: Doing this by hand across a home warehouse, Fulfilled-by-Bol and three Amazon FBA destinations, each with its own transfer time, was never going to hold. Every location can run dry on its own, and on marketplaces every gap is paid for in lost rank. Osira needed one system that saw the whole network and acted on it every week, not a person refreshing spreadsheets. The solution: Rewize mapped the full network, suppliers, the home warehouse, Fulfilled-by-Bol, and each Amazon FBA destination with its own transfer time, and put purchasing on a fixed weekly rhythm. - A weekly ordering cadence: small, frequent purchase orders built from the per-SKU forecast, exploiting the short supplier lead time - Marketplace-aware replenishment: demand split by channel and geography (bol vs Amazon EU vs Amazon UK), so each location is refilled before it runs dry - The full catalogue every week, not just the heroes, so slow movers stop slipping through the cracks - Geo-split transfer recommendations feeding Fulfilled-by-Bol and three FBA warehouses - A ~10-day main supplier lead time, so a forecast correction reaches the shelf within about two weeks The results: Bestsellers went from leaking to locked in: the products driving 80% of revenue were out of stock 23% of days in January, and about 2% of days from March onward, held for six consecutive months through summer and through the expansion. Estimated revenue lost to those stockouts fell by roughly 95%, essentially eliminated since April. Across the full catalogue, out-of-stock days halved from 28% to 14%, with the remaining gaps sitting in the long tail (some are deliberate run-outs of discontinued variants). And it happened while the network got more complex, not simpler: Osira expanded from bol.com-only to Amazon FBA in the EU and UK during the same months. - 98% — bestseller in-stock (held for six straight months) - ~2% — bestseller stockout days (down from 23% in January) - −95% — lost revenue on heroes (near zero since April) - −50% — catalogue stockout days (28% to 14% across all SKUs) - +2 — new markets (Amazon FBA EU and UK) > "Short lead times don't guarantee availability. A system that acts on them every week does: it converged in about six weeks and never drifted back." — Osira on Rewize, January to August 2026 Page: https://rewize.ai/case-studies/osira ### SOLIT Socks (Premium socks, NL) > "We kept placing emergency orders, 70,000 pairs arriving in three weeks because we were always reacting instead of planning ahead." — Olaf, Founder Olaf and Tim run SOLIT Socks (premium sneaker socks and no-show socks) out of the Netherlands. They started with 27 SKUs, a single Istanbul supplier, and a spreadsheet. The business now sells across Shopify and Bol.com with 107 active SKUs, sourced from one factory with a 1,000-unit MOQ that doesn't allow small top-up orders. Operator: Olaf & Tim, Co-founder. Channels: Shopify, Bol.com. At 80+ SKUs with a 1,000-unit MOQ, every wrong call compounds. Emergency orders, 70,000 pairs in three weeks, became the pattern. Category: Premium socks. At Month 8: +161% YoY growth, −25% Stockouts, 11 / 8 mo Purchase orders, 107 Active SKUs. Themes: DTC Shopify, Bol.com, Single supplier, MOQ-constrained. > "Spreadsheets worked with 27 SKUs. Then the catalogue tripled." - +161% — YoY revenue growth - −25% — catalogue stockouts - 11 — POs in 8 months - Jul 2025 — live date The challenge: At 27 SKUs, a spreadsheet is a perfectly good inventory tool. At 80+, with a single Istanbul supplier that requires a 1,000-unit MOQ and no option for small top-up orders, it isn't. Every wrong call compounds. Every missed signal costs a full batch. SOLIT had tried a previous tool at €800 to 900 per month. The problem was the mismatch: they were placing 3 to 4 purchase orders a year. A tool built for daily ordering doesn't fit a business that buys quarterly, and at €200 to 300 per PO just for the software, the maths didn't work. The result was a pattern familiar to any fast-growing brand: reactive ordering instead of planned purchasing. Bestsellers stocked out, emergency batches got air-freighted in, and every fix made the next forecast harder. > "Every wrong call compounds. Every missed signal costs a full batch." The turning point: In June and July 2025, their peak summer season, SOLIT ran out of their bestselling sock styles. The orders weren't there in time because the forecast wasn't there at all. That was the moment the spreadsheet stopped being good enough. Olaf posted on LinkedIn looking for a Shopify inventory automation that actually fit how SOLIT bought. Thijs from Rewize came across the post and reached out. SOLIT went live on Rewize in July 2025. The solution: Reactive purchasing was replaced with a planned monthly cadence. SOLIT now places one structured purchase order roughly every 22 days, each covering ~29 SKUs and ~49,000 units, planned from real demand data instead of feel. - Planned monthly PO cadence, one order every ~22 days - 29 SKUs and ~49,000 units per PO, sized from actual demand - Replaced a €800 to 900/mo daily-ordering tool that didn't match SOLIT's quarterly buying - Works around the Istanbul supplier's 1,000-unit MOQ instead of fighting it - Planned purchasing replaces emergency air-freight batches The results: One nuance worth being honest about: A-SKU stockouts moved slightly the other way, from near-zero (0.05%) to 2.58%. Previously, the only way to keep top-sellers fully stocked was to massively over-order as insurance, since there was no data to guide a more precise decision. At 2.58%, A-SKUs are still firmly in the healthy range, and the system now has the demand signal it needs to order precisely instead of defensively. The strong August seasonality gives it a clear pattern to learn from for the second summer. - +161% — YoY revenue growth (8 months on Rewize vs same period prior year) - −25% — catalogue stockouts (16% → 12% across 107 SKUs) - −6 pp — B-SKU stockouts (mid-tier improvement) - −15 pp — C-SKU stockouts (long-tail recovery) - 11 — planned POs (one every ~22 days) > "The question isn't whether you need better tooling. It's how long you can afford to wait." — Olaf, Founder: SOLIT Socks Page: https://rewize.ai/case-studies/solit-socks ## What Shopify brands are saying In their own words > "We tried a few different inventory forecasting softwares. _______________________________________________________________ Since we have been using Rewize - for our own inventory, our own production as well as external stocks at partners - our inventory planning has really been taken to a new level. We used to experience regular stock-outs and too much manual work in systems and spreadsheets. But thanks to Rewize, we now have a clear insight into what we have in stock, what is running low and therefore needs to be produced and when new stock needs to be sent to partners. Rewize gives peace of mind: no more surpluses of slow-selling items, no more shortages of popular items. And... no stress at the factory! We no longer have to wrestle with complex tools. With Rewize, we have clarity instead of complexity. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the forecasts are clear. Moreover, they are immediately usable - which we think makes Rewize a game changer. Finally, the fantastic support: fast, personal, involved. They really listen to our feedback and needs.
